Help organize a letter writing campaign

I'm planning a huge letter writing campaign to all the Representatives in the US Congress. If we can get the family members of all the white-collar criminals currently in prison (and God know there are thousands) to send a letter to their Representative, we might be able to get the co-sponsors needed to force a vote.
